DEO – Salary: ₹10,523 per month+ PF + ESIC+ Night Shift allowances 120*12=1140 inr+ Attendance Bonus 700 inr + One-time Food.
Senior Assistant: ₹9,388 per month (in hand) + PF + ESIC++ Night Shift allowances 120*12=1140 inr+ Attendance Bonus 700 inr + One-time Food.

Responsibilities:
Assistant:
Assist in picking and packing merchandise according to orders.
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and transport them to designated storage areas.
Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Assist in other general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Senior Assistant:
Oversee and supervise the picking, packing, loading, and unloading operations.
Train and mentor new team members on proper procedures and safety protocols.
Coordinate with logistics coordinators to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the packing and loading process.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
